Shipping policy
All items shipped internationally are registered tracked post with An Post (national postal service).
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE shipping to Ireland and N. Ireland for orders of 60/£50 or above.
Shipping to Ireland:
1 ring dish or 1 jewellery is standard post.
1 bowl is registered post.
Agate is registered post.
ANY 2 items and above is registered post.
Shipped with An Post.
We use the least amount of plastic possible in our packaging, plus we reuse ALL packaging from our raw materials, plus recycled packaging from department stores.
SHIPPING TIMES
PLEASE NOTE THERE MAY BE DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19, but currently this is not too common. Normal shipping times are:
Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1-3 business days
Great Britain: 3-5 business days
EU: 3-8 business days
USA: 5-10 business days
Rest of World: 5-15 business days
Please note the shipping time does NOT include production time. The production time of each piece varies, and will be noted in the description of each product. If you're ordering for a deadline, please don't leave it until the last minute!
In-Store Pick Up
We are based in Knocklyon, Dublin 16. If you would like to pick up your order, please email me (Ruth) at info@danuceramics.ie after you make your order. I will refund your shipping costs and I will also arrange a time for you to come. My times are very flexible as I work from home.
Duties and VAT
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please note, we use reliable, STANDARD post for orders of 1 jewellery item or 1 ring dish within Ireland and Northern Ireland, so there is no tracking number. We use tracked post for all bowls and 2 items or more sent within Ireland and internationally. We use tracked post for ALL packages sent internationally.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days (Ireland) or 30 days (rest of world) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@danuceramics.ie with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
